We provide some few different support options for our users. Our policy is to always answer the phone and resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Contract Support
Contract Support is the preferred support method for most of our customers. It gives our customers a sense of security by allowing unlimited call volume for support as well as several other benefits. Some of these benefits are listed below:

Time and Materials
Time and Materials support works much like a pre-paid phone card. Support time is paid for before it is needed, and then used on an as needed basis.
- Telephone Support Provided based on Pre-Paid Support Credits
- Support Provided During Normal Business Hours
- Minimum 15 Minute Consultation (1 Support Credit)
After Hours Support
Emergency After Hours Support is a service we offer exclusively to our Contract Support Customers. It allows access to our Technical Support Services after we have closed. This type of Support is not part of Contract Support and is paid for on a Case by Case Basis. Call and ask for details.
